I think that was sixth grade. We thought the band was literally being chased by the law and we would argue "So where did they keep their instruments?" "They would tie them to the horses you dummy."

Anyone with a pre-existing condition is using the program regardless of cost because they would not qualify for a different policy.

Only ever seen them at Sweetwater Wetlands, I give them a wide berth, horses can do some damage.

I am a small business owner and was uninsured for 15 years before ACA (everyone who is not young got turned down due to pre-existing condition), feeling like an entrepreneur really sucked.

Apologize for any offense given, of course as a journalist it is a really big story, if I had to guess they will hire an academic heavyweight to present their side of the story.

Yes but is it a catalyst for let's say a 15% decline in market value? People can debate all they want but will it result in a sell-off? Valuation is as likely or more so to result in a sell-off than overstating earnings but I'm not putting money into either, lots of other short targets out there.

The accounting thing is interesting to nerds like me but as a catalyst for a short position ... could take years to matter if it ever does. We're not talking Enron, perhaps eventually Nvidia has to restate financials, but I imagine they rely on a proper accounting firm so probably not.
