The biggest takeaway? Marketing isn't about "selling"; it’s about empathy.
It’s the ability to feel for others and deliver a message that eases their pain, turning a "product" into an "outcome.

Buy Now Pay Later Schemes seem like the holy grail for consumers looking to spread the costs of expensive products/services.
