Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride is an obvious contender (used by the Ronettes, Bing Crosby etc al). Or the Troika Ride from Prokoviev's Lieutenant Kijé.

There's a growing culture of responding to emails when you get them. This is bad enough during the work day when you might have other priorities, but if people expect an instant response out of hours, it becomes toxic. This is why I don't have Outlook on my phone.
