For all the incredible advances that GDS has made in improving UK Gov digital services, why the appalling UX regarding "urgent messages" from HMRC which subsequently tell you to come back in 4 days when the actual information is available?

At least in the Microsoft Edge browser it's not scraping *every* page you access by default nor offering inaccurate AI-generated content. More than can be said for Google's services
