The recovery-oriented housing at 1153 Johnson St. is part of the BC Greens' 2025 CARGA Accord with the BC NDP. CARGA expanded funding for Heart & Hearth – the Homeless Encampment Action Response Team (HEART) and Homeless Encampment Action Response Temporary Housing (HEARTH).
