At 14, I ran a BBS from my bedroom in Tennessee. One phone line, a 486, and a dream that people would call.

They did.

It’s my site—but through the Geocities wormhole.

AI war isn’t humans vs robots.
It’s ChatGPT vs Claude.

Not Skynet. Just bots beefing while we pretend we’re still in charge.

First Contact hit different.

I was raised to fear the unknown.
This film made me want to run toward it.

Just posted a new essay about trauma, transformation, and one of the most underrated sci-fi films ever:

There was a time I thought I could edit my way through memory.
Splice the myth.
Recode the wound.
This is what came out:

From the 2011 installation Psychedelic Sublime, this piece still feels like prophecy wrapped in parody. Jay Hollick performed I Believe I Can Fly in a headband, kimono, and full autotune glory.

The past was weird. The future’s weirder.

Hulk Hogan’s fall was messy. Racism, lawsuits, bad takes.

But I grew up with the myth, not the man.

They say don’t meet your heroes. I guess that includes YouTube leaks.

This one’s about wrestling, theater, and belief.

Hulk Hogan just died.
A sentence that hits like a steel chair to the nostalgia cortex.

He was our muscle-bound messiah—ripped shirt, yellow trunks, and enough charisma to body slam reality.

He turned heel when we needed it most. Then he got weird. But for a while? He was it.
