Reading the details it really doesn't sound like that. It seems more like NZTA changed the documentation requirements after the fact.

Also if you don't use it after 60 days or something it ends up unregistered, which doesn't show up in the web UI. I only figured it out after a support ticket because my auto topup wouldn't work

Maybe at butchers. Our local it's pretty reliably $30+. One of the frustrating things has been that price floor seems to have raised, so even the cheap cuts aren't actually cheap.

NZ prices aren't that far off though? I've definitely seen roasts at $35/kg at least at Woolworths.

I had shingles on my scalp waay back as a student, and that was super unpleasant. I assume this is at least as shit as that, all blue sky grumbling is justified.
