Gamers complain the gaming industry is gone to shit while normalizing the 3000 dollar gaming PC.
This is a huge reason why it's all going downhill.

Stupid amounts of money being spent on hardware for very minor improvements being the new normal means jacked up prices they know you'll pay.

I need to learn to "juggle" multiple projects at once. I feel like I used to be good at it, but I also didn't get everything finished.
It's one of those things I don't think I'll ever figure out

A couple of years ago a friend of mine got dumped by his girlfriend of 2+ years because she listened to Beyonce's "Lemonade" and got really upset. (Shit you not, this happened.)

Anyways it's really funny seeing the same lady posting "Manchild" in her Instagram Story for the 4th time this month.

We all get American Football and Modern Baseball confused with one another, right?

It's pretty funny they use pop corn buckets to try and draw people to movie theaters now.
I don't want a chunk of junky plastic to make popcorn cost 32 dollars I'd much rather not pay 20 fucking bucks to sit in the seat.

People who use "this isn't racist" as part of their argument 99% of the time say some really racist shit.

There's a big conversation about excessive tipping, or "tipping culture" the last couple of years and there's plenty of good arguments from both sides.

But if you're the type of person who refuses to tip someone in a service industry yet go home to give any kinda money to a streamer - you're trash

The only person who wants society to move on from the Epstein Files is the President who's been named thousands of times.

That's saying a lot.

Conservatives get voted in and just like that, they cancelled the new hospital we need built and cancelled the new protected marine conservation area.

I'm going to open a dance club called "The Robot" and it's going to be exclusively for doing The Robot dance and if you get smart and try to dance in a un-robot like manner you will be violently removed by large bouncers who are also doing a Robot dance while tossing you out.

It's gonna be huge.

I think it's in pretty bad taste to bring characters from IP's out for any protest signage.
Sure, like Animal Crossing is cute and fun but by no way shape or form should it be included in extremely serious situations such as ICE protests.
You're not there to advertise for corporations, or anyone.

Just under 4 feet of snow fell from Sunday night until last night.
I've probably shoveled close on 8 hours since then.
I feel like I've gotten my ass kicked.

Why did my cocky ass think I could keep a huge Majesty Palm alive in February

I can't wait for the first warm sunny day this spring.

Not gonna lie the display advertising the super bowl made out of stacking cases of Pepsi Products at Wal-Mart is pretty impressive.

About the big "weather bomb" or whatever went over the East earlier the week - it's finally hitting here and it's a real doozy. Close on 2 feet gonna be down by the time this is over.

Also - it's both weird and awesome seeing Turnstile go so far in their music career to win two Grammy's.
February 2, 2026 at 2:29 PM
I didn't expect "Songs Of A Lost World" to win two Grammys last night.
Let's be real though, they could've given them more than that.

I hate when I read posts about a storm swaying off the Eastern Seaboard and out into The Atlantic because that means it's heading straight towards where I live and it's just impending doom for a while.
In for a real whopper of a storm over night and I've been reading about it for nearly a week.

Impluse buying the majesty palm I saw at Home Depot might not have been the best idea.

For one - it's bigger than the Christmas Tree we put away a month ago.
And second - Poe decided she does in fact love to fuck with it and I found it on its side in this morning.

Palm Sunday - am I right?

Sometimes when I actually try the whole "go to your happy place" from Happy Gilmore bit there's a musical performance from Brushy One String playing that Chicken In The Corn song and it hardly gets any fucking happier than that.

I told myself in December that January was going to be a month all for writing and February was going to be all about music - but I'm already behind on the writing I was hoping to finish so I guess I'll aim for March for diving back into music stuff.

I watched the Springsteen movie last night and as much as I love Springsteen...that didn't land.
It's hard watching someone else play the boss when they're not the boss?
That and I found it weird the last thing on the screen before the credits was a sentence assuring me he still has depression.
