Thanks for the clarification! Clearly I need to re-read my bioinformatics history. I don't know if Dayhoff is accessing her telephone protein database in this photo (don't know the source, unfortunately), but I like to think so.

Trying to generate an image that shows the impact of LGT in the Tree of Life. This is (unsurprisingly) not what I asked for, but the characteristic misspellings (Euckaryea, Archareyetes, etc) actually make a solid point here.
