For context, my paycheck this week is zero due to insurance takebacks. And my partner lost 1/4 of his income several months ago. We have been struggling ever since and it’s so discouraging. This week is just the worst of it.

I use one for my PCOS. It has definitely improved my mental health, impulse control, brain fog, along with my A1C and blood sugar. I know they aren’t for everyone. For me they’ve been really wonderful and I’m grateful they exist. ☺️

That being said the only way to test for inflammatory or allergy markers associated with a food is to be eating it daily for 6 weeks (as far as I know). And then do a blood test.

I had a sensitivity for 10 years. I can eat it just fine now. But I’m convinced that my food sensitivities had to do largely with my undiagnosed and untreated eating disorders and chronic malnourishment. Maybe check in with a dietitian first if you can?
