even with a fixed model, outputs of #llms can be stochastic. does this allow us to test the distribution of outputs for lets say two different prompts against each other? isnt this still one underlying model? #llm #econsky

Return-to-office (RTO) mandates lead to abnormally high employee turnover, especially for female/more senior/more skilled employees.

It also takes significantly longer to fill these job vacancies after RTO mandates.
