I’d guess it’s because HBO are streaming in SDR, whereas the physical media is HDR, so better colourspace, wider dynamic range, and (typically) a display triggered to run at a much higher brightness level.

Ditto. He was my childhood Dr Who.
But Tennant was next-level.

Twice, clearly…

It was a genuine question. I find it difficult to understand how otherwise rational people can accept such conspiracy theories, but there must be a special place reserved in hell for those promoting them, such as Kennedy (and Trump who put Kennedy in office). They must know the cost.

He moved from political analyst to gossip columnist.

Not enough?

Me either. Thanks to Mason, Watt, and Kuensberg I can’t bear to watch BBC news any more.

Can we just stop pussy-footing around and apply to join? Schengen, Euro, FoM, the works?

Ah, but Sir Robbie Gibb describes the BBC's Political Editor Chris Mason as the "unsung hero of covering politics" and "absolutely first rate". So there’s that.

To slightly misquote Ghandi, “The greatness of a nation can be determined by how well it treats its least fortunate members.”

Currently I’d judge the UK to not be very great, with swathes of its population apparently not caring. ☹️

Not good. Any sensible investor will want to be able to cut and run into money when the markets tank. What she’s doing is essentially raising the overall risk of using a S&S ISA as an investment vehicle by taxing the safety net.
