I was away for 11.5 days. Today I am not allowed the use of both arms for more than 5 min because Leo must on me in place to ensure I don't leave.

Community Day at Dalhousie AC meant I got to be a kid again on my lunch break - made a button and a magnet (I opted for a bright butterfly not a camouflaged one!).
