It often feels like many of these surveys which are important, also are set up in a way to purposefully hide the particulars of my gendered experience, because it does not fit into a binary.

Nonbinary people are assumed to be passing as their birth sex, and also afab. I am afab, but I don't look like a woman anymore, and I don't get gendered consistently on a daily basis.

A part of the experience of being a trans person, is that people think they are doing you a solid by reenacting the ways that they were punished by gender. They will give you extra gender punishment for daring to step out of place.

Those ways that people are abused by the patriarchy, which can also make a binary gendered trans person feel validated don't work on me.
November 27, 2025 at 8:14 PM
In terms of transition track, that aligns most with trans man. So I need the things that trans men do. But, if people treat me like garbage because that's how the patriarchy holds up its notion of what man is, I don't get that self punishing gender confirmation from it.
November 27, 2025 at 8:14 PM
I identify primarily as nonbinary, because that's what my gender is, although sometimes I choose trans man if it seems more relevant.

It seems to me that the more comprehensible way to divide oppression (on the gender axis and not other marginalizations) is if you pass as your gender (a thing that is always by degrees) or if you pass as not your gender, or if you don't pass for any gender.

A cultural movement to flood our industries with incompetent people, but they know people will respond differently to her errors then to a man's, and how will they use those responses to justify their anti-DEI stance?

And what do you think the consequences for Nuzzi will be if she were to exit her place?

yep. also really can't overstate how much nuzzi is very much the product of an environment that rewards amoral ambition and frowns on people who sincerely believe anything

I was reading this waiting for the radfems to show up. I was surprised they named it directly though. The article hit a nerve for me though. bsky.app/profile/rive...
I have given birth twice, pretransition, right around the time that this Free birth Society was beginning to form. Reading this was like taking a time machine to my past self, experiencing the atmosphere that they are talking about in this article.
Influencers made millions pushing ‘wild’ births – now the Free Birth Society is linked to baby deaths around the world

Transitioning is what gave me the sense that there was something to live for myself. I didn't have that before.
November 22, 2025 at 11:03 PM
I did it anyway, because I was like the living dead, and my life was no longer just mine since I had children. I had to make my life more livable so I could live for them at least.

I was absolutely terrified of transitioning, despite being told my whole life that being more masculine always gives privilege, a thing women still falsely say with the absolute confidence of a person to whom transmasculinity doesn't exist.
November 22, 2025 at 11:03 PM
I am gaslit as a "woman" by cis men, then gaslit by radfem cis women, then gaslit by trans women defending the radfems and then the trans men defending the trans women defending the radfems, if I ever dare speak about my experiences honestly.
November 22, 2025 at 10:41 PM
There is a lot I have to say about this, but right now I'm too upset at the triple levels of gaslighting I how through just talking about my experiences.
November 22, 2025 at 10:41 PM
Then after transitioning, what I went through being completely erased, continually, to this day, by feminists who would decry the practices in this article, who in fact, are doing the very same as the free birth people, by erasing what does not conform to their idealized pregnancy and birth.

The experience of reading this article, is knowing that I was caught up to some extent in this belief system, but this is just the extreme, these beliefs were flooding into leftist discourse and what I went through.

Cis men- right now the patriarchy is celebrating the territory it has grabbed, because you are too afraid to be as brave as a trans man.
November 20, 2025 at 2:34 PM
Cis men- the patriarchy is set up on purpose to put in conflict supporting marginalized men and supporting women. So ignoring transmasculinity is what the patriarchy wants you to do.
November 20, 2025 at 2:34 PM
Cis men-every bone in your body will scream against supporting marginalized men/masculinity because you have been trained to be be afraid that to do so is to relinquish your own manhood.
