Also the idea I'm glorifying self harm by simply discussing a genuine experience of mine is genuinely fucking insane btw bc just because I carry an unhealthy coping mechanism doesn't mean I ever think to encourage or glorify it for others. It's SIMPLY part of my life.

I have gotten suspended before for posting about su*cidal thoughts and being on a state where I needed help, the posts got my friends to come talk to me and de-escalate, the suspension got me fearing for my income and almost undone my friend's help, mute the person if ur sensitive babe :)

it is of my personal opinion that if your reaction to seeing someone spiriling online and posting about it on a manic state, is to report them in the hopes they lose that platform/means of communication/possible only support system, you are a very very bad person <3

Last night I got hit with some news and ended up overdosing as I wasn't convinced some of the meds I was taking interchangeably were working and ended up taking all of them simultaneously to take the pain away
