Just played around with this #Ai for creatives to build workflows on a canvas with access to all major AI models for image, video, & 3D model generation. Pretty intuitive with its #MindMap style workflow connections. Ran out of free credits pretty fast though.

A low-fat #Vegan / #PlantBasedDiet 🌱 reduces dietary glycation (AGEs)…their accumulation is linked to #Inflamation, #OxidativeStress, #Aging, #InsulinResistance, #ChronicDiseases & effectively promotes #WeightLoss, specifically of visceral fat.

The #MediterraneanDiet had none of these benefits.

At our local #OrganicFarm that grows juicy western figs in greenhouses & they are now experimenting with #Grafting them onto much hardier #Thai fig trees so they can more easily be grown outdoors.
