Having worked at LC, I can confirm the "Rotating Managers" scheme, and how badly it impacted locations. Went from working with a great guy that inspired you to work hard, to a complete asshole who hated me for no apparent reason, and loved the lazy, rude idiot.

Yeah, babies are a source of really amusing bugs, either directly or indirectly, because a lot of the code defaults to treating them like adults, which almost always causes hilarity when new systems are introduced. For example, when first added, vampires tried to pin their crimes on babies.

Nah, it was code reuse. The effects of “being a baby” were distinct from other types of being insane, (Berserk rage, suicidal depression, Catatonic paralysis, and Stark Ravings), but used the same system to dictate behavior, so any time the baby failed to do something, it made that error message.

Amusingly, it happened due to the fact that "Being a baby" (IE, not begin cognitively developed enough to think) was handled by the same system that handles insanity.
