Was talking about this story with my wife last night. First thing she said was, "Raynor's explanation doesn't add up as mortgage conveyancers won't normally offer tax advice". Why are these people such amateurs?

So... I'm guessing "Dogger" does not mean in the US what it means in the UK*
Although it does seem like pretty much anything is allowed in US presidential campaigns these days.

I finally snaffled a shot of the yaffle. After 6 years of being too slow or too far away, I captured the @goetheuni.bsky.social campus woodpecker on camera. He kept dancing around the trunk, out of sight then peering back around at me, like a game of hide and seek.

What is the point of Labour if it is taking inspiration from actual fascists? Even if this is tongue in cheek, the situation in the US is not some joke, and a serious government shouldnt be making ironic references to it.

There seems to be much more demand for sunset photos than my political musings. Though that's a bit worrying for my career, fortunately I do love taking pictures of sunsets. So here's another timeline cleanser.

Had a great trip to Frankfurt. A nice reminder that, when you make deep connections, leaving is always an "Auf Wiedersehen" rather than a "Goodbye".
