I just fired this up to watch it and got hit with the dreaded message. Now I see why all those kids are trying to sell me VPNs on youtube! Why deprive the world of Frank like this?

It would cost a fortune for a show to run but like the Evil Dead musical spraying the audience with fake blood, it opens up a new avenue; to show how ridiculous smashing stuff up is in this case. Done safely it could get new audiences introduced to theater. Or at least be a novel fad for a bit!

The 'action number' concludes, the story progresses and the set changes. Then when the next emotional incident kicks in it happens again. The lead actress just goes to town on the set. But it's all treated as normal. Laughing while breaking stuff, having fun, being joyous and sad too, like musicals!

Okay 1, musicals are awesome. 2 though, I think you might have cracked a market there. Instead of a Musical, imagine an Actional; a typical plot, say a couple meet etc. And instead of bursting into song, they both just absolutely trash a destructable set (think the opening to the eric andre show)

I let a sax cover of Chrono Trigger slip by and it instantly turned my entire rec list into daily churned out slop cover albums I had to nuke. Insidious.

Where else am I gonna mention that every so often the Zeewolf 2 theme pops into my head and have people actually listen to it? It's not a proggy masterpiece like half the amiga library and yet it still left an indelible imprint on my kid brain.

sidenote; but is Wiz n Liz obscure? (genuine question) I love that game but I guess now you mention it I've not heard much talk about it. (Largely assumed it was because it was such a solid arcadey experience, not much to dissect and analyse I figured). I hadn't exactly gone looking on yt for vids.

It's so nice to see Bart hanging out with Doug Side and friends again!
