Hi fella eating between 11am to 7pm, can be 3 meals. Plenty of H20 just limit your snacks and sugar drinks. Once a month, i don't eat anything on a Sunday. I try for 36 to 42 hrs. You'll lose weight definitely. Not fast... but a loss is a loss.

There are bowel issues in the family, and I've not long been diagnosed with diverticulitis, so something had to change.

Secret Beach, which is also known as Nudist Beach which is a tiny little beach located on the very southern end of Nelsons Beach just past the metal stairs. Unofficial nude beach since the 70s i think. And anywhere south of the hole in the wall is fair game.
