It's a rare occasion this tie comes out nowadays. Off into Leeds, before I go to work, to represent a @RMTUnion member at a rather complex Grievance Hearing who works for one of the many outsourced contract providers on the railway.

20yrs this year since my original psychometric tests for TPE, I've just signed a new contract of employment which means, at the end of may, I will be re-joining the operational traincrew ranks as a trainee initially, then back as a guard once passed out with TPE.
