Right, yeah, Wild Boys era Duran Duran were massive in Italy. No chanting on the Steve McQueen tour in Bristol, IIRC. Modest, appreciative echoes from that crowd.

I forget when I picked up Swoon, but was playing it to death spring '84—insisted on taking it on family holiday, not sure how I played it, did I transfer it to cassette? 'Steve McQueen' was the Saturday it came out, couldn't wait, already had double 7" of 'When Love Breaks Down.'
