Is that the version that's listed as 20cm? I thought that was probably too small

Perhaps one to borrow, or wrangle a review copy somewhere, but I'm hoping for it to be pretty definitive. Sadly I'm no closer to finding where Doyle's Iguanodon footprint went.

So it'll have appendices with interesting textual variants across all versions, including the manuscript, plus a more detailed history of the text than has yet been written, and include additional related MS and published texts I'm hoping people won't expect. However, it will be very expensive.
