ZUN : EoSD had a rank system, but the spell cards stayed the same. That kinda made the rank system meaningless right? So I stopped adding it.

ZUN : At the time, Shoot 'em ups was dying. There weren't a lot of new games coming out, so when I released the game (PCB), it attracted both shoot 'em up players and non shoot 'em up players, but old-school shoot 'em up players hated it.

I know we can see that Nina's illusion powers comes from her hand, I personally headcanon that the clam on her head can work like a movie projector.

I think so. She does deliberately not mention Yuuma to Yukari. While Yuuma was indeed unrelated to the incident that Ran was investigating, Yuuma's goals had the potential to cause a separate incident, so hiding information about Yuuma could have only led to future troubles. #NGL
