New here. But anyway adjunct prof (legal ethics) Fordham Law & Temple Law (Tokyo Campus), attorney, child welfare advocate, Foster Care Alumni of America, Milton Hershey School alum (7YRS).
So this is what we’ve come to? Guy with 340K+ followers calling on nurses to harm a patient? And no one in the mentions points this out? (But some in nursing endorse the thought.) No one wins in a race to the moral bottom…

Sarah Hurwitz is either such a racist, entitled, viciously bigoted monster that she has zero clue how disgusting & offensive her comments are—or she’s switched sides & is actively aiding cause of justice for Pals by exposing the many ppl who in fact think & talk this way, treating Pals as subhuman.

14/ within the constitutional system that the Framers envisioned. The district court upheld those principles, while the mandamus order undermines them…” Man o day, this lady is all class, scary smart, & fearless in saying what is. She belongs on the Supreme Court for sure.
November 22, 2025 at 3:14 PM
10/ She explains why it’s so important to make clear that Judge Boasberg’s order was sound: “We should not leave in place a ruling that says that the district court erred when it did not. We live in a world in which judges face threats and harassment because of their rulings and have been called
November 22, 2025 at 3:14 PM
9/ She also points out how Marco Rubio—a certified idiot—sneered abt the fact that the flights took off, retweeting Bukele’s saracastic tweet & sarcastic emoji—yes, Judge Pan’s ruling includes the emoji!

She also notes that Boasberg faced fierce blowback, including Trump calling for his removal.
November 22, 2025 at 3:14 PM
8/ the Circuit Court was in agreement that the panel erred & that Judge Boasberg had full authority to pursue contempt proceedings against the government.
November 22, 2025 at 3:14 PM
6/ court allowed the incorrect mandamus ruling to stand. It reasoned that the result is the same: the case goes back to Judge Boasberg to proceed just as he wld have anyway. But read for yourself what the court said.

Mercy, just watched Trump-Mamdani press conference—I think Schumer & Dem leadership had to be revived with smelling salts. NY Post hilariously nails it. We’re living in a bizarre time—but Mamdani is an otherworldly political talent & Demosaurs have something to fear now, finally.

💯This is so good: “The media outlets and tech platforms that settled with Trump chose to give him money because they wanted to. They could have fought and won…” Read on, ppl, @lizdye.bsky.social tour de force review of Trump lawfare bullying rampage crushes it.

Imagine thinking Mace has a point in critiquing an investigation into Cory Mills? And for heaven’s sake, look how they bury allegations of horrifying sexual violence & related extortion way down near end in antiseptic terms. Something has gone wrong in our country—our Congress is dysfunctional.
November 20, 2025 at 7:23 AM
So Trump has deployed DOGE to make American banks insolvent again? Note also the sheer, smug stupidity of this apparatchik: their faces always broadcast this defining feature.

2/3 paralyzed as water boiled.

Passage on Liz Oyer is emblematic: ppl realized at the time it was 5-alarm fire, but did nothing.

So what’s to be done? *Our Federal courts must enforce atty ethical rules,* including proscription on conduct prejudicial to administration of justice, candor before

1/2 I don’t think this serves GQP at all: more like it cld have been written by Dem base that sees this craven, cowardly betrayal exactly this way, same Dem base whose disgust w Dem Establishment has twice allowed antichrist into WH. But that’s just me. (Used screenshot bc I don’t want to

What used to be a Sunday morning treat reading NFL matchups (of course w win-loss records in parentheses) is now disgusting reminder that sports betting has infested our society (including g.d. betting lines). My next crusade may be against gambling in all forms—& f**k Roberts Court for this too.

“Military personnel are legally obligated to follow lawful orders and, as such, are not subject to
prosecution…” Not even close: laughably transparent Nuremberg defense. These worthless lawyers will eventually face bar discipline for this—& murderers they mislead now will face prosecution.

I’m less interested in what our Congresspeople have to say, regardless of position, than in what Israeli genocide scholars say—& to their infinite credit, Amos Goldberg, Omer Bartov, Raz Segal, Lee Mordechai, & other Israelis have concluded it is a genocide. I wish to heaven they were wrong.

Good morning. NYT Pitchbot does it again, infiltrating paper & planting satirical pieces.

Blair started Labour on decline. Group knifing of Corbyn accelerated it. Starmer claque is worthless—genocide is unforgivable. Zach & Greens are path to hope. We in US mirror UK—but parliament system gives you great advantage. Godspeed—I hope we too slay our Demosaurs, forge UK/US decency alliance.🙏🏾

The Onion nails it again.

Another feather in the cap of FedSoc SCOTUS cabal, who’ve turned nation into armed-to-teeth, shoot-first-&-ask-questions-later Wild Wild West feature film—same gang that poisoned pro sports w gambling, undermine our elections, etc, writing our democracy’s epitaph one ruling at a time.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
November 7, 2025 at 4:43 PM
This is rich: one of the four war crime accomplices who relentlessly shilled for Biden as he defied base & abetted Gaza genocide now lectures Dem Establishment on heeding base. All four are forever pariahs—good job, Dean Obeidallah, for giving one of them a platform.👍🏽

Elect a clown dictator wannabe, expect authoritarian circus. Taking over our institutions of higher learning is a fundamental assault on democracy, removes foundational pillars, collapses freedom. Either democracy comes off canvas & rallies back or we watch it perish before our eyes. My heart aches.

So the Boeing decision-makers kill planeloads of ppl, but no one is held criminally liable. Meanwhile, our prisons are filled w ppl serving draconian sentences for vastly less harm. This is not how the rule of law shld work.
