Thanks for this. I know they are up to some shady stuff when they play distraction games and start announcing that they are going to publish the sex offenders list or make drunk drivers who kill kids pay child support.

And the people who make the laws that put people in prison, invest in the prisons, thus getting many people who "check in but never leave", enriching those lawmakers. Those same lawmakers likely receive donations from the owners of the private prisons...

It's so sad when the most psychopathic ones get to the top.

Not even considering going there. It'll be decades before I go back there, if ever.
