Drink milk. Real cows milk, yoghurt, cream or ice cream will do. Casein, a protein in milk, interferes with capsaicin - the fire in the chilli. In a restaurant ask for a glass of cold milk and keep sipping on it. At home you should eat chilli more often so that you have to eat more ice cream 😁
