I can’t explain why, but sourdough baking quiets my off-the-leash anxiety a little, just enough so I can breathe again. This morning the house is redolent with the aroma of Parmesan Italian Herb bread.

Upping my breakfast game b/c eggs are getting boring. But, hey, now, protein. So...cottage cheese on homemade sourdough toast topped with sliced avocado, Trader Joe's green onion salt, Trader Joe's onion chili crisp, and homemade pickled red onions. 💯 #whatsforbreakfast #foodstories
