A Shiba Inu fursuit mans the pirate cannon at the convention center. Some small red barrels labeled TNT stand beside the cannon and behind the dog is a pile of cannonballs.

There's nothing like a good soak in a pool with friends. Or a nice bowl of ramen.

Its been a good time, tho it's almost over.

Its the first time I've done a little event with friends instead of trying to group up at a con and while herding a group of animals is as tricky as ever, there's sometime a bit freeing about a small event.

The price for rooming alone is gonna hurt tho.

Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if I hadn’t stepped into this wild world of animal friends.

I would probably be better off financially, but I doubt emotionally would I be as happy, meeting so many wonderful and strange friends.

Also I don’t know how I’d explain this to younger me.
A giant inflatable otter lays on a king sized bed in a room at a hotel where every room is a different theme. The walls are wooden and rock. This is the most expensive and coolest hotel room I’ve ever been in.

Spooky Winchester house season! It was an alright evening excursion.

… maybe not full ticket price worth, but hanging out with friends is always a worthwhile pursuit. Especially when we laugh at photos at the end. (One of us got wazowski’d by the haunted tree filter and we had to get that photo)

Oh hell yes, salt and pepper fish fillet.

There aren’t many things I miss from my dad’s restaurant stint but I can always go for a plate of this. And the only nearby place I know that does it is closed on my Mondays off. :C
Fillet of fish that is battered and fried and then stirred with some salt, pepper, scallions, and jalapeños. Delicious.

(Man the more I see photos taken with this camera the more I realize it blows the heck out of sunlight hallways. I wonder if it did that before I accidentally dropped it.)
