All of these actions were in gross violation of the core principles of foreign policy, dating back more than two centuries. All the way back, dated to the Monroe doctrines. And the Monroe Doctrine is a big deal, but we've superseded it by a lot, by a real lot. They now call it the Donroe doctrine.

For being such staunch believers, no belief is held sacred. The zeal of history revisionism hasn't removed this from the internet yet. As attacks on political opponents increase, we should expect to see more removal of facts that do not support the narrative that is being pushed.

The Great Leap Forward stemmed from multiple factors, including the purge of intellectuals, the surge of less-educated radicals, the need to find new ways to generate domestic capital, rising enthusiasm about the potential results mass mobilization might produce, etc. hmmm. Sounds familiar.

How odd is it that there are multiple conflicts around the world where the people committing the atrocities do not want the killing to end until every man, woman, and child is killed. A country supports killing the children so that there is not another generation of people afterwards. Pure. Evil.
