DAY 206: Too much time spent restarting the game while testing to improve driving. I decided to add a soft reset mechanism in my console... but something is not going ok... 😡 why it does not work for every node???

DAY 205: Tired 😔 . I've started to refresh the Godot muliplayer features... got the idea to port a multiplayer game I made on version 3.5... lot of changes, not worked 😥 So, I moved to create some barrels. but had no stamina to make it explode

DAY 203: Second attempt to migrate to Godot 4.5.1... It seems it works pretty well 🤔 Good navigating dinos, no stutter with obs... I will keep a close eye in the project performance during the next days.

DAY 202: Today I wanted to make something new and cool. So, I mixed a problem I had: the rocks deletion strategy to not overwhelm the physics. With something cool: destructible stuff. So here we have destructible rock (timeout and impact based) 😊

DAY 199: Good news... The coleophysis IA got fixed! 🥳 And the environment start to interact... Althought my workload is still really hight. It feels really good see small improvements like this first state machine working 🚗 🦖

DAY 195: Struggling with social media 😡 , I don't get the point on how to make the videos appealing🤦‍♂️ . I can reach the 1k mark on tiktok, youtube and instagram... somehow easy. But I can't break that mark!😡 . Advices are welcome! an experiment attached.

DAY 193: There are many things that needs to be done at the same time. First UI and combo engine interaction. On the bad part I thought the sttutering issue with OBS was only a thing of godot 4.5... but it seems it is not 😥

DAY 191: I've fully revamped the map system! Now it's really easy to add makers to the map just attaching a node to the owner and selecting the marker type. Before the demo my next steps needs to focus on create a full game journey, from main menu to end a mission.

DAY 190: It looks janked enough to be in my game? This is the first draft of the map. It needs much more features to be a decent one. But at least is the next feature to be created. In my journey to the demo this is a must have. Ideas?

DAY 185: Today I've started creating a main menu and testing the new path finding organization... and I've found another bug! I call it the t-rex bachata dance bug... A headache but hilarious!

DAY 184: I'm happy! New way to handle path finding and navigation. Now I have a grid of NavigationRegion3Ds (automatically managed) I've also learnt a lot about the NavigationMesh parameters... and now I don't have a single synchronization error 🥳

DAY 183: I'm still working on the pathfinding issue... I'm not moving to Godot 4.5 but I think I have a better understanding of the issue. Mainly it was my bad.although godot modified the default behaviour. I'll use this benefits in my game and I will wait till 4.5.1

DAY 182: I've reported my first bug to the Godot engine (110831)!!! It's a mix of feelings, my game does not work with 4.5 but I'm happy to somehow contribute to the project 😊 Hopefully the nice guys from the godot project will fix it soon 🤞

DAY 180: I'm hurdling with the migration to 4.5 😥 I think I've detected the stuttering issue when OBS is open. And what worries me the most... Dinos refuse to chase you on complex surfaces 😭 But it seems to work in my simple debug room. Sometimes gamedev isn't fun
