personally im super fond of 800-2k word works, like, yes, longer works are cool and all, but with life being busy sometimes i need a shorter work to chew on and daydream about for months to years after reading it

to the point he'd collect excess charge/fluids maybe, but after holding omto the 'results' for a while, he'd get disgusted with it, destroy his own work, and eventually, frustratingly, want the results back, so he finds more participant(s), same ones or not, doesnt matter, to repeat the cycle again

i feel like he'd be really interested in treating it like a study, a willing participant(s) would either have some sexual activity with each other, or with himself, and he'd be calculating the production levels, the trajectories, the percentages, timing each stage of the activity
