If I made it right, it should be nearly all crust, perfect for soup
It's made with Italian herb seasoning and brushed with clarified garlic butter

This is what a $3.22 rotisserie chicken from Walmart yields
Less than half of this is going in to the soup, another 1/3 maybe? is going in to chicken salad, and I haven't ever decided what to do with the rest
