Recently played through a bunch of Castlevania games and wanted to give my quick thoughts - will be playing the DS games once they go on sale on Steam, might play the "classic" castlevanias later as well because I enjoyed the Rondo of Blood remake far more than I thought I would.

Genuinely wasn't expecting a redesign for the HSR x UBW collab, they cooked with these new designs they're so good

Saber is really pretty.

initial thoughts on Girl's Frontline 2
* Story is interesting so far and looks promising for the future
* I like a lot of Character interactions with each other and I think the designs rock so far
* Gameplay is fun - gacha xcom is neat
* Why are the feet so detailed
might drop, but it's good so far

Finished up HSR 2.7 and tiered all the characters - also showing my 1.6 tier list just for comparison

Both tier lists are only kinda ordered (except for SSS tier and above)

retrop Rambles #4: Iyo

Despite technically being the star of Gudaguda 7, a perfectly good event, Iyo really didn't make too much of an impact on me. She is simply a neat aoe arts farmer that FGO has plenty of, though at least she's free.

-keep writing about the stuff she goes through in lb6 and how she still somehow keeps carrying on, but I want to keep these rambles from being too long. She's one of my favorite characters in fiction and is, in my eyes, completely on-par with the original Saber.

As the main character of Lostbelt 6, a chapter that is known for being very long (pictured below), there's... a lot to be said on Castoria but the point of these rambles is to keep it brief so I'll do my best. Despite being an alternate timeline version of Artoria / Saber, Castoria is about as-

-allowing protection from the several invincibility-piercing effects in the game. From farming to challenge quests, she is top tier. If you see Castoria on banner, and you don't have her, you NEED to summon her! Castoria's gameplay isn't the only reason she's so well loved, though.

retrop Rambles #3: Artoria Caster

Where do I start - Castoria was probably the most hyped-up Servant in all of FGO history - she not only revolutionized how Fate/Grand Order was played, but she was also the face of the upcoming Lostbelt 6 and how people were claiming it was peak fgo writing.

I don't really have much to say on his appearances in Fate/Grand Order. He technically has a role in Shimousa but it's a really lame reveal. His role in the Phantom Thief event gave him a very snazzy fit, but I can't help but feel the event doesn't really play to Amakusa's interesting traits.

retrop Rambles #2: Amakusa Shirou
[FATE/APOCRYPHA SPOILERS BELOW]

Amakusa is one of like 3 characters that were good in Fate/Apocrypha - it's a bit of a shame that he lacks a real foil to allow his morally dubious plans to bounce off of (Apocrypha Sieg is LAME!!!!!!!!)

retrop Rambles #1: Gepard

Gepard's a bit of a middle-of-the-road character for me in hsr. As captain of the Silvermane Guards, he's a minor antagonist for most of the Belobog arc, even if it's nothing personal. After that though, he's another part of the mostly levelheaded cast of Belobog.
