The only people who have a CHANCE of knowing this is fake, are the people chronically online. The point the person is making is that we went from AI not being able to do fingers to being able to make convincing video of cats doing Olympic diving.

It's okay to pre-order if its something you know you'll like and will play no matter what. But it can also allow studios to put out broken, buggy, unfinished games because they know people will preorder the game anyway. It's generally better to wait for a review day one and then make a decision.

You can of course spend your money how you want, and people can think its silly to preorder games, your opinion does not invalidate someone else's opinion.

There is nothing inherently wrong with preorders, but in practice it's reinforcing a trend where studios make shitty games and still profit.

Glad the Switch 2 is finally out, but going to wait a while until some actual games are released for it.

Guess I'll keep playing it on PC with emulator then, hopefully they'll release an updated version eventually.
