i went back to tubes on all bikes at the end of covid, working in a bike shop and having to deal with customers' problems and mine was enough for me to go back to the old ways. replacing a tube or patching one really isn't that hard.

try making the tyre stays in the middle of rim when mounting a tyre, it'll make it a lot easier to fit.

my caadx is similar, does everything well, i actually don't have a proper road bike atm as i just adapt this to suit.
set up for a 100 mile charity bike in the picture.
