Set alarms and hold yourself accountable to them! It can be easy to blow off a day if you don’t feel good. Just do soemthing light on your off days even if it’s just walking or something quick! You got this!

Mental imagery is hard, it’s something I try to practice it, and suprisingly I can do it the most when I try to recall dreams, coming up with it off hand is harder for me.

I was a bronze gal for a while, realized that jewlery in that metal was non existent, so I wore gold for a while, but it honestly just didn’t feel as soft as I wanted it too (BUT there are SO MANY MORE UNIQUE options for gold I feel like). Now I am on silver! Just prefer unique pieces.

Gardening gloves…. Literally the best thing ever in the gym, it looks so silly but it’s a game changer!

Fun fact: Venus Fly Traps aren’t considered carnivorous plants because they don’t consume prey for energy, they do so for nutrients!

The gym is also a great place to feel more in control and connected to your body!! Especially when you have issues you can be more confident in knowing when something is wrong.
