I’m a 1099 employee. I make enough to cover my bills& my kids &really nothing else, my mom literally has venmoed the money for glasses for me and the kids bc I have no extra. I didn’t pay estimated taxes.

Ray of hope: today at an archery tournament another member of my community asked me if i was getting pushback for my posts about ICE. He said he was heartened by my comments &he agreed.
Maybe this will give him more bravery to say something himself. Our voice matters. No matter how small or shakey
