fresh green beans with caramelized onion and lots of diced mushrooms, fried in butter, with a bit of cream added at the end and a ton of pepper.

sumac if you have it, few drops of lemon if not. cook to 218F using a candy thermometer.
put the sweet potatoes in that pot and toss until they are coated with the glaze.
serve with roasted pine nuts on top
