Massie says that the Epstein survivors have created a list of 20 powerful men they know are in the files.

If the DOJ claims to have released the files but is missing info on these men, then he & Ro Khanna will know the files are incomplete or have been tampered with.

Ro Khanna "By 11:59PM tomorrow, the Epstein Files will finally be released. Any person who attempts to conceal or scrub the files will be subject to prosecution under the law."

Very true!

"Ro Khanna issues a warning to anyone in the DOJ who doesn’t follow through with the Epstein files transparency act tomorrow.

They will be charged with obstruction of justice. He also says that Pam Bondi will be held in contempt or impeached if she doesn’t cooperate."

Since my dog's name IS Kennedy, she very much does not approve of him trying to usurp *her* limelight.
December 19, 2025 at 3:30 AM
But then those investigations would have to be on public record and if the investigation was false, Bondi might be charged with obstruction down the road.

So claiming that they're opening investigations into people can get them into deeper water in the long run.

Now they can withhold files temporarily if they claim that an investigation is ongoing.

But the irony is that to redact files with important figures, they would lawfully have to open investigations into them.

Like: "I can't give you these files on Trump because we're investigating him."
December 19, 2025 at 3:14 AM
The law says that they must report every redaction and the reason for it to Congress. So they won't be able to give a bunch of files with missing names.

We, the public, might see redactions. But congressmembers will know who they are and why they've been redacted.

Didn't 80% of his cabinet come FROM Fox or rightwing podcasts? 😶
December 18, 2025 at 4:15 AM
Of course! The ACA is used by Republican voters. And this keeps costs down for them.

It's not a controversial issue. They're just so drunk on their fascist kool-aid they can't see what's glaringly obvious.

I'm not crowdsourcing my opinions.

As I said before, you can call them whatever you want to call them.

My decision was made.
December 18, 2025 at 12:02 AM
*We* don't have to call them anything.

You and I are completely different human beings.

YOU can call them whatever your heart desires.

I will call them exactly as I have.

I think maybe instead of wording it that the president MUST appoint one every two years, he might have worded it, that the president can ONLY appoint one every two years.

So that 1 president might only do 4 justices in 2 terms.

Trump did 3 in one term and still has 3 more years to go.
December 17, 2025 at 7:16 AM
I think they would be on a waiting list to fill vacancies. 18 years does seem like a long time to wait.

Here's the 2021 version of the bill, put forth by Ro Khanna.

I get the feeling she is a very very loyal employee. Loyal to him, of course.

She was very open about criticizing everybody else.

The Epstein part was crap though. She claims she *read the Epstein files.*

All 200,000 of them?

No way, lady.

He's retiring - and nearly dead.
