Poppy, our new rescue, is part huskie and part fae, we’re pretty sure. One crystal blue eye, one brown.. Isn’t she a beauty? She had it tough in Texas, but she’s living’ the life this afternoon on the screen porch. Gorgeous day in NW Indiana. We love her.

Finding it difficult some days to maintain hope and defiance in the face of this onslaught from our “government”. But these basic things do work. Gather your strength, renew it hourly if need be. We have to fight on.
