I’m familiar, I use it on foils but on regular cards it skeezes me out… like what if it ruins the back? A silly fear but one I have nonetheless 😔

I always hear abt that tip and it stresses me out… sanding down cards I can handle but chemicals? I’m out 😱

U didn’t ask abt brushes, but I use a 2 round for blocking and then move to a longer bellied 10/0 liner which does almost everything I want. I use a 20/0 for the thinnest of lines, such as frieren’s eyelashes on my sythis alter.

Q2: I mask off elements I want untouched and either:
Use a gray chisel tip Posca paint pen if I’m just removing the art and/or border or…
If I’m only keeping the title box and statline (needed for tournament play like pauper, my main format) and use this spray on primer I was recommended

Q1: I started a set of like 30 fluid paints that I got for $10-$15, and they worked but aren’t super vivid. I moved to Golden Heavy Body for a while and while they give rly nice texture, texture isn’t rly ideal for anime so I now use Golden Fluid acrylics as my go to.
