At a time when local food pantries are experiencing increased strain, this community-led effort is more important than ever. If you or someone you know could use a warm and welcoming place to go this Thanksgiving, please share this event widely.

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, from 12–3 PM, the NorthShore Giving Foundation will host a Free Community Thanksgiving Meal. This event is open to anyone facing hardship or spending the holiday on their own.

‘Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that,’ let us honor the compassion and shared values that define this season as we celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday this week. (2/2)
