I do both, Starbucks use to be the easy one to go in any country and usually has the premium spots (city centers, good views...) and they don't care if you are there 2 hours with laptop. Finding local ones that meet your requirm is not as easy but I also do it, as ex my curated map of Buenos Aires 👇
