A friend of ours served meals to the underprivileged on Thanksgiving. She told us that she’s never seen bigger lines of people suffering more and that unfortunately for the first time in years, they ran out of food before being able to serve everyone.

America must rise up against the extrajudicial killings carried out by the military in international waters. Otherwise, what Trump said years ago will indeed come true. “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters.”

This will get much worse…# of people using GoFundMe for 'essential expenses' quadrupled in 2024. Over 42 million donations were made to individuals at a rate of two per second. GoFundMe said more people are using its site to pay for "essential expenses" like monthly bills, housing and food.

If we were a healthy society not obsessed with pointing fingers, we could both condemn these killings and at the same time, work hard to analyze and understand the history and motivations as to why this happened.
