IP holders would rightly be annoyed, and no judge is going to accept 'well I told them not to use my platform that way, what more do you want?' as a legal argument. You need to actually DO something to prevent users from using your product that way.

ToS are for telling users what the rules are so they know what will get them kicked off the platform. What they're trying to use it for is legal cover for negligent design.
Imagine if youtube said 'you may not upload other people's work, but then did nothing when people uploaded whole movies.

1) "don't use this product this way" in the tos is not a defence against negligent design. That's like making a car that explodes when you go over the speed limit.
2) the fact that they put it in the tos proves they knew it could happen but decided to go to market anyway.

Since they're talking about illegal orders and using the army against citizens I'm guessing domestic. It might just be in response to the deployment of the national guard.

Why is a court forcing this building to be sold? that seems weird. Is this a zoning thing? Also, in a little over a month there's a new mayor, would that change things?

Warhammer quest reveals for the enemies and a release date. Probably no new edition anouncements. Maybe some more cathay for the old world. VERY maybe kislev but I think they'll save that for the next edition.

and not even that. The ideal scenario for one of these companies is that they alone use AI to automate everything and make massive profits, so everyone else's workers can buy their stuff. But then they'll just buy out all the other companies anyway, so the economy still crashes.
