This is what happens when you migrate your MCP server from from the official @modelcontextprotocol/sdk to tmcp by @paolo.ricciuti.me. 😱

And of course it's not just that, it's also the whole API being better to use and more typesafe. It's like Webpack vs Vite.

Paolo is cooking with tmcp, no contest

It's in the fine print. 😅

Pizza, some light Gantt-charting and the new @vite.dev Documentary! Banger Friday evening.

I hope you're all having fun in Amsterdam!

In the next version of Storybook

You can trust the packages in the registry, because all 43 packages in the monorepo are now being released with npm Trusted Publishing

I'm very happy with the camera, I take a gazilion photos of my family. I especially like the Portrait mode, even though to my trained eye I can see that the blurry background is actually not from the lens, it's post-processed.

I'm sorry for reposting from That Blue Site, and I'm sorry if this is too self-promoting, but this post by @th3s4mur41.me just makes me so damn proud of the work we're doing at @chromatic.com and @storybook.js.org to improve the accessibility of the web. ❤️

Fantastic run today, best run in years. Climbed a small hill, shouted at the top of my lungs.

Life is still good.

I admit my locale is unusual, but this is the first time in 20 years of using it that I've had any sort of problem with it.

Ugh.

This week I'm chatting with @43081j.com from @e18e.dev about how we reduced the bundle size in @storybook.js.org 9, and what we learned from it! 🤩

Come join us! It will be live, it will be fun, and there will be plenty of time for Q&A with the audience. 💬

"Hiragino Maru Gothic ProN" is my new favorite font, I've always loved rounded sans fonts. ❤️

Thank you @danklammer.bsky.social for modernfontstacks.com 👏, and thank you @nerdy.dev for leading me to it via Open Props 🙏.

I just read "Curious George, Plumber's Helper" and realized that the author have no idea how plumbing or drainage works. Half of the story doesn't make sense.

I wonder, if this was written today with unknown characters, if it would be considered AI slop.

Is something in your markdown messing up your code blocks? Or am I just too stupid to understand what you mean here?

Went for a run. Discovered a new route.

Life is good. 🫶

You can't make me pick only one, that's just cruel.

I do like the new flail cutter though, it's pretty fun.

And so it begins.

Status update: I gave up. Bought a new toy.

My wife noticed yesterday that throughout my whole @syntax.fm appearance, my camera decided to focus in the microphone in front of me instead of my face, making it slightly blurry. 😵‍💫

So much for buying expensive gear... 💀

So apparently I haven't updated my OS since December 2022, which @cloudflare.social's workerd (and by extension, the Cloudflare adapter for SvelteKit) is _not_ happy about.

Well now I know what my evening plans are. 🙃

I'm fixing my lawnmower today, feels good.
Almost spent $2.700 on a new one, so that's money saved that I can spend on something else!

But what?

We won't be able to re-create Barcelona, but we should try anyway!

I came for the tech.
Stayed for the community.
Remembered it for the friends I made along the way.

If anyone of you ever stop by Denmark and want a taste of forrest, nature, farm life, my DMs are open!

But without a doubt, what I'm most grateful about, is hanging out with Dominik. We've been working closely together for some time now, and we collaborated on our talks, but spending all that time together with you in Barcelona was fantastic.

You're a great person, and a great friend.
