This would be much stronger and more possible if the focus was simply NO SHOPPING only necessities etc. (Adding in no work, travel, projects is a privilege and dilutes the impact. IMHO.) Biggest shopping season = a big bust would be amazing!

Let's pretend that we are in agreement typically. Don't you have any problem with this being funded by donors and corporations looking for how it benefits them? Doesn't it frustrate you that he lied (again) and then did the exact opposite of what he said? Is there no aspect here that bothers you?
