Everyday I wake up. I put on three layers - because Ohio is having a brutal cold snap - and get to feel like and overstuffed sausage for 9 hours. I need better cold weather gear.

Im so angry that i now live in a world where i need to consider arming myself. Im angry at myself that I was blind to the fact this world was never safe enough for people to *not* be armed.

So my #NewYearResolution was small for 2026. I want to learn how to leg myself make mistakes. Im so high strung and a really heavy perfectionist. I want to learn how to give myself some slack so that I can try new things.
In order to do that ill need to go back to therapy, i think.

I need more friends. When i see stuff that makes me mad on the internet i argue with people in the comments section because I have no IRL outlet to talk things through. This aint healthy or productive.

Sometimes I daydream about becoming an influencer as a hobby. Until I remember the sheer amount of posting one has to do. I feel weird posting just general thoughts much less *catered* thoughts.

Is there a curriculum or i guess a list of skills that one could learn for #crochet? I like learning new techniques and want a little more structure to advance my skill. It doesnt have to be an official thing. Im just having a hard time parcing skills out of the bajillion blogs, posts and magazines

Im in charge of desserts this year for #Thanksgiving so i made a baklava cheesecake, a dutxh apple pie and amarie calender's pumpkin pie.
I made pumpkin pie from scratch and must have messed up because everyone was like "Mmm no offense but I prefer the store bought. The texture is better"
