That's actually quite simple. It's a lattice modifier. Use the lattice to bulge the mesh and move it along the spline. I've used it a few times to make a cum bulge go along a tentacle, never thought about using it for cum drips.

I actually gave her a womb tattoo once before. Didn't look that good because of the fur. But I've stopped using fur on this model since, maybe I'll give it another go.

Apparently those bars were enough to fool bluesky's nsfw detection. This version was marked as nsfw by bluesky, the other one doesn't. Just thought it's kinda funny.

Happy accident: I messed up and accidentally rendered it without the door first time (I had to re-render it again). But because of this I can make the no door version. Doesn't really make sense but you can see her a bit better.
